Creative Link Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Creative Link for your printing, corporate gifting, and custom merchandise needs. Since all our products are custom-made based on your approved samples, we have the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
Return Window
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issues related to defects, misprints, or errors caused by Creative Link.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Errors by Creative Link: If your order contains defects, incorrect customization, or misprints caused by us, you may request a replacement or a full refund.
- Customer-Requested Changes or Cancellations: Changes or cancellations are only accepted before production starts. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please notify us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to customization, products cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is caused by Creative Link.
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@creativelinkdubai.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos.
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days with a resolution.
Return Costs
If the return is due to our error, Creative Link will cover all shipping and replacement costs. For other cases, return shipping costs may apply.
