Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided that products are in new and unused condition.

Exchanges are accepted for any product within the return window.

Returns can be made in-store, at a drop-off location, or by mail. A pre-paid return shipping label is included with your order at no extra cost.

There are no restocking fees. If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product), Creative Link covers all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Please contact us at hello@creativelinkdubai.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Because our products are custom-made, cancellations or changes are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
