Creative Link Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Creative Link for your printing, corporate gifting, and custom merchandise needs. Since all our products are custom-made based on your approved samples, we have the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
Return Window
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issues related to defects, misprints, or errors caused by Creative Link.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Errors by Creative Link: If your order contains defects, incorrect customization, or misprints caused by us, you may request a replacement or a full refund.
- Customer-Requested Changes or Cancellations: Changes or cancellations are only accepted before production starts. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please notify us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to customization, products cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is caused by Creative Link.
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@creativelinkdubai.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
Return Costs
If the return is due to our error, Creative Link will cover all shipping and replacement costs. For other cases, return shipping costs may apply.
